I work through what I call a body-first, energy-led approach that honours the reality of the female nervous system, especially in midlife.
We begin by stabilising the body so it no longer feels like it’s in survival mode. From there, we gently regulate the nervous system, release stored emotional and energetic imprints, and help you form a new self-concept that actually feels safe to live in.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to yourself — without fear, guilt, or shame running the show.
Because deep emotional and energetic work cannot be sustained in a depleted body, I also integrate high-quality cellular nutrition as supportive infrastructure — not as a quick fix, but as a way to help the body hold the changes we’re making together.
My Approach

About Me
There was a time when I looked capable on the outside, but inside I carried a quiet, persistent sense of not being chosen— not good enough, not quite there yet, always needing to prove myself.
Like many women over 35, I had done the mindset work. I understood my patterns. I could name my wounds.
And yet, the same cycles kept repeating — rejection, self-doubt, starting over, pushing harder, burning out.
What I eventually realised was this:
nothing was “wrong” with me.
My body and nervous system were simply holding on to what they had learned to survive.
That understanding changed everything.
Today, my work is devoted to supporting women who are tired of analysing themselves, fixing themselves, or blaming themselves — and are ready to experience real, embodied change.
I guide women through healing rejection wounds, dissolving failure patterns, and rebuilding self-worth by working with the body, not against it.

My Belief

I believe:
Rejection is not a reflection of your worth
Failure patterns are learned responses, not personal flaws
Confidence grows from safety, not force
Healing doesn’t need to be dramatic to be powerful
And most importantly:
You don’t need more fixing. You need more safety, support, and self-trust.
